Calendar Dashboard is a personal calendar viewer operated by Jeremy Vaught at calendardashboard.jeremyvaught.com.

Google data accessed and used

With your permission, the app reads your Google calendar list and events. It uses calendar names, identifiers, colors, event titles, dates and times, locations, event links, availability, recurrence identifiers, and your invitation response to display your schedule and calculate booked time.

Event descriptions are read to extract optional preparation markers such as “prep: 14 7 2.” Full descriptions and attendee lists are not retained in the calendar snapshot. The app requests read-only access and does not modify your Google calendars.

Storage and security

The app stores account details, your calendar list, selected calendars’ event snapshots, preferences, and refresh status on its hosted server. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted in the application database. Login passwords are hashed. HTTPS protects connections to the site, and calendar views require authentication.

The app refreshes snapshots periodically while the Google connection remains active. Operational logs may contain technical error details. Backups, where maintained, may retain earlier records separately from the active database.

Sharing and limited use

Google data is used to provide this calendar dashboard. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Hosting infrastructure processes stored data to operate the app. Calendar contents are not published on the public pages of this site.

Calendar Dashboard’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deletion

Choose Disconnect in Settings → Calendars to remove the saved Google connection, tokens, calendar list, and event snapshots from the active database. You can also revoke access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking Google access prevents future authorized reads but does not itself remove already stored snapshots; use Disconnect or request deletion.
